Cancellation and Refund Policy
We want you to feel safe starting a project with us. This policy exists not to trap you, but to give you confidence that the rules are clear from the start.
1. Before Contract (Consultation Stage)
No cost. Cancel anytime.
“Still deciding.” “Comparing options.” That is perfectly fine. A consultation is not a commitment; it is a conversation to help you decide.
2. After Contract
Once a contract is signed, client-initiated cancellations are generally non-refundable, because we begin allocating resources at that point.
However, we handle exceptions fairly:
- If we fail to deliver due to our own fault
- If both parties mutually agree to terminate
“Circumstances changed.” “This is not what I expected.” If that happens, talk to us first. We do not lead with penalties.
3. Subscription Cancellation
For monthly services (operations audit, maintenance, etc.), please notify us by the last day of the month before your desired cancellation month.
Monthly fees are not prorated.
We will not pressure you to stay. When the work is done, we part on good terms.
4. Refund Process
When a refund applies, we process it via Stripe credit card refund or bank transfer within 14 business days.
5. Scope Changes
If requirements change significantly mid-project, additional costs may apply.
We always present a revised estimate for your approval before proceeding. No surprise invoices.
6. Questions
If you have concerns about cancellation or refunds, contact us.
Money questions can feel uncomfortable, but asking early always leads to better outcomes for both sides.
