Terms of Service
These Terms of Service define the agreement between Mirai Counseling Room (“we”) and you regarding the use of MIRAI AI Orchestra (“the Service”).
We know legal documents can feel dry, but these terms exist to protect both of us and build trust. If anything is unclear, please ask.
1. Purpose
These terms set the ground rules for working together. We believe contracts should be understood, not just signed. Questions are always welcome.
2. What We Deliver
The Service includes AI-powered automation, system development, consulting, code audits, SNS automation, and ongoing maintenance.
Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are always defined in a project estimate or contract before work begins. We never start work without mutual clarity on what we are building.
3. Your Data
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you provide. We use your data only for service delivery and never for AI model training (zero data retention policy). Data is deleted promptly after the engagement ends.
4. AI Output
We use AI extensively, but AI is not infallible. That is why every deliverable goes through multi-AI cross-audit and human final review before it reaches you.
Even so, we cannot legally guarantee perfection. We provide the evidence and reasoning; final business decisions remain yours.
5. Intellectual Property
Our core technology (audit logic, prompt design, test frameworks, workflow architecture) remains the property of Mirai Counseling Room.
Deliverables we build for you (apps, scripts, reports, etc.) are covered by usage rights defined in your individual contract. You will not lose access to what you paid for.
6. Restrictions
- Using the Service for illegal purposes
- Interfering with service operations
- Infringing our intellectual property
- Sharing technical information obtained through the Service without authorization
If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask first. We would rather clarify than enforce.
7. Termination
We may terminate the agreement if these terms are materially violated. But our preference is always dialogue before disconnection.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as laws and circumstances evolve. Updates take effect upon publication on this page. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Iwaki Branch of Fukushima District Court has exclusive jurisdiction.
That said, we believe in resolving issues through conversation long before they reach a courtroom.
